At Gnarly Bags, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every bag we make. Our goal is to give players products they can trust on and off the boards, backed by a warranty that’s as solid as our gear.

Warranty Coverage

Seam Protection
If a seam fails under normal play conditions, we’ll replace the bag at no cost within 6 months of the delivery date.

Material Defects
If there’s an issue with the fabric or fill caused by a material defect, we’ll review it on a case-by-case basis. Most approved claims will be honored within 6 months of the original delivery date.

What’s Not Covered

• Frays & Punctures
  Normal fraying or small punctures are not covered under warranty. These are cosmetic only and do not affect performance or durability.
• Improper Break-In Methods
  Any bag broken in using unapproved methods—such as boiling, vinegar soaking, high heat, or other destructive processes—will void the warranty. These methods shorten the lifespan of the bag and are not recognized by Gnarly Bags™.

Replacements

Out-of-Warranty Replacement
If your warranty period has expired but you need a replacement, individual bags can be purchased for $25 each for up to 24 months after the original delivery date.

Second-Hand Bags
Bags purchased second-hand (resale, trade, etc.) are not covered under warranty since break-in methods and usage cannot be verified. However, if the bags fall within the same stamp year, a replacement set can be purchased for $60 shipped.
